Been coming to this location for about 15 years. Employees are great and super knowledgable. Very impressed with Justin. Always finds the right answers to my questions.

Absolutely the best place to get your turf and pest control products. Justin who manages it, is absolutely the best to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been invaluable to my pest business in helping answer any questions I’ve had and get me the best products for what I need. Their prices are also the best around. Highly recommend!

Today we needed help with figuring out which fertilizer, and product would kill necrotic ring spots in our lawn. Sophie Longueville helped us figure out which product would be the best for our situation. She went above and beyond to educate us, and explain how to take care of our problem. By FAR the best customer service we've ever had. I wish their was a Sophie at every store. Thanks for being so great Sophie!

I love this place, Orem Great Basin. I used to buy from IFA but customer service the last few times I went was not great. The last two years I have been going here. Sophie is such a joy to work with. Couldn't find nicer more helpful people and the price is great.

Jon green I’ve had a different experience than you, Mark is actually a stand up guy in my opinion. I’ve never left a review before but when I saw that you had a bad experience I figured that it would be time to write one. Mark is the shiz everyone. I haven’t seen him for a good three-four years, I was just reminiscing about all the good times Ive had and googled to see if Mark was even still there at Great Basin. I used to work for a less than ideal company that owed Great Basin a TON of money. I used to go in to get stuff A LOT and Mark and I both knew my old boss would come up with some excuses on why he couldn’t pay the bill, and I felt like trash because of it. But without fail Mark every single time greeted me with a sincere welcoming smile and would sincerely take the time to answer any of my questions or show me some cool new gadget. I doubt he remembers me as much as the company I used to work for, but I hope people realize even though it’s been four years since I’ve been in, Mark Payne has left that kind of impression on me.
